How can I get a taxi at LCCT?

  By calling our Hotline Number: 03-87874113 or at the Ticket Service Counters at the Domestic Arrival/Departure Hall and International Arrival/Departure Hall.

 

2. What kind of ticketing system is being used for taxi services at LCCT?
  The coupon system.

 

3. What type of vehicles are used as taxis?
 
  • Proton Iswara

  • Proton Wira

  • Proton Waja

  • Proton Perdana V6

  • Nissan Sentra

  • Nissan Cefiro

  • Kia Pregio

  • Naza Ria

  • Ssangyong Stavic

4. What types of services are available?
 

There are three types of services:

  • Budget - For not more than 4 passengers, maximum of 2 luggage bags (medium size) and 1 hand luggage.

  • Premier - For not more than 4 passengers, maximum of 3 luggage bag (medium size) and 2 hand luggage.

  • Family - For 5 to 9 passengers and 6 luggage bags (medium size).

5. What are the operating hours for the services?
  24 hours, subject to availability of sufficient taxis.
   
6. What is the rate of taxi services after midnight?
 

Charges between 12.00am to 6.00am will increase by 50%.

   
7. Who is responsible for the management of the coupon system at LCCT?
 

The company responsible is Mesra Indah Jaya Autoparts and Services Sdn Bhd (MIJ).

Can a passenger buy two-way coupons?

 

At the moment we provide a one-way coupon only. A two way coupon will be available soon.

   
10. Is there a service from home to LCCT?
  No. There are no pick-up services from home.
   
11. What are the differences between LCCT taxis and KLIA taxis?
  The differences are operating sites, type of vehicles used and fare charges.
   
12. Can a customer make an early reservation for a taxi?
  No. Services can be obtained at the Taxi Coupon Counter at LCCT.
   
13. What are the responsibilities of a taxi driver towards passengers at LCCT?
 
  • The taxi must enter the taxi pool of chee coupon.

  • The taxi driver must proceed to the LCCT.

  • The taxi driver must usher the potential passenger to the Coupon Counter to purchase the taxi coupon.

  • On exit, the taxi driver must show the coupon to the Marshall in charge.

Can a taxi driver replace a lost coupon?

 

Yes. The taxi driver can claim a replacement coupon by matching with the “Company's Copy”. The "Company's Copy" is valid for 1 month.

   
15. Can a passenger get a second copy for a lost coupon?
  No. The customer must purchase a new coupon.
   
16. Where can I get information about taxi services at LCCT?
 

The information is available at the Coupon Counter at LCCT Terminal or by contacting the Operation Office of MIJ or through our website, http://www.mesraindahjaya.com

   
17. How can a customer get the information about the taxi fares at LCCT?
  Information can be obtained by using the terminal available at the Coupon Counter, by making inquiries at the Counter, or through our website, http://www.mesraindahjaya.com
   
18. What destinations are covered by LCCT taxis?
  LCCT taxis cover all destinations throughout Peninsular Malaysia.
   
19. What is the time limit for an issued coupon?
 

There is no time limit for a customer to get a taxi, but if the coupon is purchased prior to 12.00 am., the customer must board the taxi within 5 minutes, or before midnight.
